Exceptions and Fine Print

While we strive for total flexibility, certain partner restrictions apply. Theme park tickets and specific seasonal event bookings are strictly non-refundable once the voucher has been issued.

Vouchers must be valid and unredeemed to be eligible for exchange. Once a booking has been confirmed with a service provider (hotel, tour operator, etc.), their specific cancellation policies will take precedence.

Refunds are only issued to the original purchaser. Exchanges can be initiated by either the purchaser or the recipient, provided the voucher code is valid.
